Industrial Property Solutions (IPS) was established in 2026 by Jack Moroney to provide a genuinely independent, outcomes focused property advisory service exclusively for industrial tenants and owner occupiers.

The purpose of IPS is to execute real estate strategies that empower clients to maximise operational success, embrace innovation and lead in their sector.

With over 25 years of specialised industrial property expertise, IPS is built on a foundation of conflict-free advice, deep market knowledge, proven negotiation skills, attention to detail and direct accountability from concept through to execution.
